DEVILTRIGGER IN GAME RULES

1 - Hacking/Mrs editing.
Server auto-ban or ingame instant ban.

1. The
   player is banned for two weeks counting from the day he made an unban
   request on the forums proper section apologizing and admitting what he
   has done.
   
2. If the player with these conditions hacks again he is permanently banned.
   

2 - Swapping kills.
Swapping kills or free killing is not allowed

1. First the player is warned that he could be banned.
   
2. If the player keeps the same behaviour he is banned
   
3. The player needs to make a proper apology request in the proper forum section.
   
4. 1st ban 3 days, 2nd ban 1 week, 3rd ban permanent.
   
   
   
   
   

3 - Illegal glitching.
It is
not allowed to do/use illegal glitches in order to gain experience,
ghosting/n-stepping/Lightning flip so on...(this also includes quest
glitches such has "suicide quests", wich consists on suiciding on multiple stage boss quests, before fighting the boss in order to get free EXP.)

1. First the player is warned that he could be banned.
   
2. If the player keeps the same behaviour he is banned
   
3. The player needs to make a proper apology request in the proper forum section.
   
4. 1st ban 3 days, 2nd ban 1 week, 3rd ban permanent.
   

4 - Spamming/Advertising.
Spamming lobby/ingame or advertising is not allowed

1. First the player is warned that he could be banned.
   
2. If the player keeps the same behaviour he is banned
   
3. The player needs to make a proper apology request in the proper forum section.
   
4. 1st ban 3 days, 2nd ban 1 week, 3rd ban permanent.
   

5 - Racism.
Racism, when extreme, includes humiliation of a
person'based on the race, if led to extreme cases of persecution,
continued harassment ingame and/or forums:

1. First the player is warned to stop immediately.
   
2. Then if he still goes on, the player is banned.
   
3. The player will need to post an unban request and a personal apology to the person he was being racist to.
   
4. 1st ban 3 days, 2nd ban 1 week, 3rd ban 1 permanent.
   
   

NOTE: Racial slurs are not allowed to anyone in any circustance! (to prevent misinterpretations)


6- Impersonating Staff.
Attempting staff impersonation in any form or way is not allowed!
This includes: Name changing or creating characters with Staff titles
(Like; Gamemaster; Admin; and such...), and naming your characters with
identical or similar names of staff members!
Also using tags like [Gamemaster] and such to make your self pass as a
staff members is also not allowed, this also includes typing your name
in a staffs color in order to look like one.

7 - Harassement and Stalking.

• Against staff.
  

Determined by the
kind of behaviour, If this harassment is constant, offensive,
aggressive, done while spamming ingame or in lobby and disrupting the
rest of the community

1. The player in question is warned to stop,
   
2. If it still goes on he will be banned.
   
3. The player in question should apologize in the unban request section.
   
4. 1st ban 1 day, 2nd ban 1 week, 3rd ban 1 month.
   

• Against players.
  

Determined by the
kind of behaviour, when a player is always constantly harassing the
same person over and over again either spamming whispers with insults,
lobby spam, going into every game the player is in, literally stalking
the player trying to cause the player to leave.

1. The offended player must make a complaint with screenshots of the
   player insulting him while spamming, screenshots of spammed whispers,
   screenshots of the player stalking and harassing through different game
   rooms.
   
2. The player in question should be warned to stop.
   
3. If he goes on in an even worse extreme manner then he is banned.
   
4. The player will need to submit an unban request and a personal apology to the person he was harassing and stalking.
   
5. 1st ban 1 day, 2nd ban 1 week, 3rd 1 month.
   
   

• 8 - Begging.
  

Begging for Event Items, special weapons/armors/items
is not allowed! This also includes begging for GM, DEV or any
other game feature. Asking to get into the staff is NOT ALLOWED.

1. The player is warned to stop,
   
2. If it still goes on he will be banned.
   
3. The player in question should apologize in the unban request section.
   
4. 1st ban 1 week, 2nd ban 2 weeks, 3rd ban 1 month.
   

About harassment and profanity, the players have total freedom of
speech, they can insult themselves ingame, that is normal, but when it
comes to disrespecting the staff and stalking players constantly
insulting them and possibly making them leave we have to take measures.
