Hacking / Exploiting Report Template

Greetings. I encourage everyone to use the following template before making a report about a player hacking or exploiting.

• In-Game Name of the player hacking/exploiting
  
• Screenshot of his Name / Ping / K.D (Optional but helps our investigations
  
• A video/image proof of the player hacking
  
• What kind of hack or exploit did the player abused?
  
• Any other information that may help us for our investigations

Note: Do NOT send an adminstrator a Personal Message about a player hacking or exploiting, this is why we have this forum.
